Limitation of liability
No warranties

Exclusion of damages

Cap on liability
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of INR 500 or the total fees paid by you to Goa Games in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.
